21st February – Kew Gardens Orchid Festival
Get ready to start the new season with a visit to Kew. Here you can marvel at the amazing Orchid display during this stunning festival. Also this is a great opportunity to take in the newly restored ‘Temperate House’ which opened in 2018.

21st March – Sheffield Park & Standen House & Garden
The morning will be spent at the stunning Sheffield Park. The gardne is a horticultural work of art formed through centuries of landscape design. Four lakes form the heart of the garden, with paths circulating through the glades and wooden areas surrounding them. We then move onto the lovely Stenden House in the afternoon. The house is dressed for a weekend stay in 1925, so you can imagine you are a guest of the family. A major restoration of the 5-hectare (12-acre) hillside garden showcases year-round seasonal highlights and an award-winning plant collection.

25th April – Parham House & Gardens
Spend the whole day at one of the country’s finest Elizabethan Houses, Parham House, wonder through the Great Hall and Long Gallery. It’s tranquillity and timeless beauty have changed little over the centuries. The gardens consist of beautiful Pleasure Grounds and a four-acre Walled Garden. There are stunning herbaceous borders, a glasshouse, vegetable garden, orchard and a 1920s Wendy House. Enjoy early spring flowering plants and bulbs including a show of tulips.
23rd May – Audley End House & Gardens
We have a full day at Audley. Admire the interiors of what was once one of the largest and most opulent houses in Jacobean England. Explore the impressive mansion house and Uncover the story behind the Braybrooke’s unique natural history collection. Explore gardens that were among the largest and most opulent in Jacobean England. The garden views were originally created by Capability Brown, and today include a beautifully restored parterre, pond garden and kitchen glasshouses. The beds are a vast of colour and a spectacular show for this time of year.

27th June – Leonardslee Garden & Sussex Prairie Garden
We start the day at Leonardslee, stunning gardens deep in the Sussex countryside.
Visitors can explore a wide range of features including the elegant 19th-century Italianate-style Mansion House with amazing landscape grade 1 listed gardens first planted in 1801. The gardens are famed for their outstanding displays of Rhoderdendrons, Magnolias and Bluebells. In the afternoon we move onto the enchanting Sussex Prairie Gardens, the largest Prairie garden in Britain. Enjoy roaming around the 8 acres of gardens and take in the stunning summer colour.

23rd July – Jardin de Valloiries, France
Jardin de Valloiries is located in the heart of the Authie valley, it is a botanical garden with more than 8000 species of plants. Take in the famous French rectangular gardens, with the picturesque abbey in the background. The garden is divided into 3 different sections, including the more naturalistic gardens and the rose garden which contains 200 different varieties roses, and english gardens which are divided into different islands.

22nd August – Hatfield House & Gardens
Hatfield House was built in 1611, you can visit the magnificent stately rooms including, the marble hall, King James drawing room and the long gallery. The gardens have evolved into a gardeners paradise. Enjoy the peace of the West garden with it’s scented garden, fountains and fascinating longitude dial. Also you can view the famous knot garden adjoining the elizabethan old palace, as well as taking a stroll in the wilderness and formal gardens.

18th September – Doddington Place & Belmont Park
The morning will be spent at Doddington Place gardens surrounded by wooded countryside in an area of outstanding natural beauty the North Downs. Set in the grounds of a Victorian mansion that cover 10 acres, there are different areas of the garden which includes the Edwardian rock garden, formal sunken garden with herbaceous borders and a flint and brick folly. In the afternoon we move onto Belmont Park. The gardens at Belmont are full of interest throughout every season. The kitchen garden has beautiful Victorian greenhouses, along with figs, hops, soft fruits and traditional apple and pear varieties. The Walled garden contains a pond and is adjacent to the pinetum complete with grotto.

17th October – West Dean Gardens
We will spend a whole day at West Dean gardens, which are one of the greatest gardens in England, creatively inspired by it’s rich heritage and South Downs setting. The gardens include a walled kitchen garden and 13 working Victorian glasshouses, extensive and richly planted grounds, including a stunning 300ft Edwardian pergola, and the 50 acre St Roche arboretum.
